Executive Conference Room
With Video Conferencing Technology

Wallace & Graham has opened its executive conference room to other firms and companies who want to take advantage of our high definition video conferencing technology or just hold a meeting in a tastefully-appointed, professional setting. The conference room seats 12 at its main table, and offers additional seating in comfortable chairs at satellite tables. Other seating arrangements are available, and we welcome your inquiry as to whether we can meet your requirements.

Selecting Wallace & Graham to host your meeting assures attractive, professional surroundings. Our elegantly decorated lobby gives your attendees an excellent initial impression, and offers appealing “break out space” to attendees who wish to break temporarily from the main meeting for side discussion.

From the time you walk in the front door, take in our stately, professional office, and are greeted by our attentive receptionists, you will be confident that you have chosen the best possible place to hold your meeting. Wallace & Graham projects professionalism to your attendees.

The conference room integrates top-of-the-line video conferencing equipment for long-distance interaction with other industry standard video conferencing equipment.

Rates

Current rates are $200 per hour up to four hours, $100 per hour for additional hours within the same day. Room is available from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Special pricing is usually available for hours outside those times, including weekends. Please call to determine availability and get a quote for the times you need.
