Mike received his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., 1988). He received his legal training at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 1996).
He has been admitted to practice in the following State and Federal jurisdictions: Maryland (1997), New York (1997), North Carolina (1999), U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit (1999), U.S. District Court, District of Maryland (1997), U.S. District Court, Middle and Western Districts, North Carolina (2000).
He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the New York State Bar Association.
Mike Pross has tried numerous cases for clients suffering from occupational diseases and injuries. He has extensive experience before the North Carolina Industrial Commission as well as in the State and Federal Courts.
