The occupational disease staff has expertise in helping clients with claims for injury and exposure to asbestos in the workplace. The staff also has expertise in assisting workers and their families with exposure and disease claims involving other toxic and dangerous substances and chemicals, including benzene, coal tar pitch, silica, radiation, and other similar occupational claims.
