Andy Schwaba
Andy Schwaba received his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree there in 1994.
Andy then attended law school at the DePaul University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1998.

Since then, he has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, toxic tort, occupational exposure, personal injury, all the while representing plaintiffs who have suffered from injury and illness. In the process, he has obtained substantial trial experience.
Andy came to Wallace & Graham in June 2006. He is licensed to practice in the States of North Carolina and Wisconsin. At the firm, Andy practices in the following areas:
- Significant occupational disease and exposure cases
- Mass tort cases
- Employee benefit and retirement benefit litigation
- Coal tar pitch and chemical exposure cases
- Benzene exposure cases
- Chemical exposure cases
